This notice explains what information Green Acres Doggy Daycare & Grooming collects through woofnh.com and how we use it. Please do not send sensitive information through the general contact form.

Information you provide

When you contact us, join a waitlist, complete a new-client intake, or book a service, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, your dog's information, service interests, messages, and scheduling preferences. New-client intake can also include vaccination, veterinary, medication, allergy, health, and behavior information about your dog.

Payments

Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Green Acres does not store your full card number. Stripe receives payment and billing details under its own privacy practices. We receive payment status, the amount, a payment identifier, and the booking details needed to follow up with you.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether services are appropriate for a dog, manage waitlists and bookings, process payments, communicate about service or scheduling, maintain business records, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations.

For daycare enrollment, we may receive veterinary records, vaccination information, ownership records, photographs of documents, health and behavior history, and temperament-evaluation notes. Automated tools may help extract and organize submitted information or flag missing and inconsistent fields, but a Green Acres staff member makes the approval decision and the in-person temperament evaluation is not automated.

When you authorize a package enrollment deposit, Stripe processes the payment and may securely retain the payment method for the remaining package balance after approval. Green Acres does not store full card numbers. Package credits are not activated until the dog is approved and the remaining payment succeeds.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website and business, including website hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and Brevo for transactional email. They may process information only as needed to provide those services or meet their own legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, animals, or the business.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including operational, safety, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal needs. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted. Some information may need to be retained for safety, transaction, recordkeeping, or legal reasons. You may also choose to call us instead of using a website form.
